Return and Exchange Policy

At Lavish Jackets, we want every purchase to feel right. Here's how our return and exchange process works:

•        Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

•        Condition Required: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

•        Made-to-Order Items: Some products are sourced or manufactured specifically after an order is placed. For these items, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, since production may begin shortly after.

•        Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

•        Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

•        Sizing Exchanges: If an item doesn't fit, we're happy to arrange an exchange for a different size. Since sizes are confirmed at checkout, exchanges — rather than full refunds — are our standard solution for sizing issues.

•        Final Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for store credit.

•        Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
